  • Emergency service rates apply outside business hours

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Our service warranties include:

  • Labor warranty: 1 year from completion date

  • Emergency repairs: 90-day warranty
  • Warranty void if work is altered by others

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our insurance covers property damage and personal injury as required by law.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and clear access to work areas
  • Securing pets during service visits
  • Providing accurate information about existing systems
  • Obtaining any required permits (unless specified otherwise)

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee
  • Emergency services cannot be cancelled once en route
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with state laws. Legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the disputed service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
